Koshzhanova Baktygul（哥舒泮），上海政法学院经济法学院副教授，清华大学法学博士，主要研究方向为自然法、法理学、国际法理论，在Elsevier,Springer Nature, Wiley等核心期刊发表过多篇学术论文。

内容简介

What is the law and what are the fundamentals of it? How do we build its architecture and what are the borders of it? This lecture will be focusing on deconstructing the logic of the law and putting them back together as the lego parts.
