教育经历
2004年入学西南政法大学法学院，2008年毕业，获法学学士学位；
2008年入学中国政法大学研究生院，攻读刑法学硕士学位，2011年毕业，获刑法学硕士；
2011年入学比利时鲁汶大学(KU Leuven)法学院，攻读犯罪学博士学位，2016年3月获犯罪学博士。
